Delivery Timeline

Eligibility for Return

b) Has missing parts or accessories, or

Open Box Delivery

Open Box Delivery (OBD) is accessible in certain pin codes, allowing customers to see their product before accepting it. If eligible, you can choose OBD during checkout. During delivery, the Wishmaster will open both the outer and brand packaging in front of you to confirm that you got precisely what you ordered. If the merchandise is damaged, missing, or inaccurate, ask the Wishmaster to return it right away. COD orders will receive an instant refund; prepaid orders will be refunded in accordance with the seller’s return policy.

Return requests for missing, damaged, or mis-shipped items will not be accepted once Open Box Delivery is successfully completed.

In case you find the device defective upon turning it on, you may contact SG Movil for replacement/refund as per the returns policy. Card on Delivery is not acceptable for Open Box Delivery. The customer should complete payment before opening the box (for COD orders).
