General Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

a) Damaged or defective, b) Has missing parts or accessories, or
c) Is different from the description mentioned on the product detail page.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return or replacement. These include:
a) Branded mobile phones, chargers, headphones, and similar electronic accessories, b) Products marked as ‘Non-Returnable’ or ‘Non-Replaceable’ on the product detail page, c) Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with, d) Products that have missing serial numbers or IMEI numbers, e) Products for which the applicable return/refund window has expired, f) Products that fall under the category of software, video games (CD/DVD), printer cartridges, or other consumable items, g) gifts and promotional items.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
a) The product must not be damaged while in the customer’s possession,
b) The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories, c) The product must not differ from what was originally shipped.

Replacement Policy

For scenarios where the product is damaged, has missing parts/accessories, or is different from the description, the following procedures will apply:
a) For damaged or missing parts/accessories: Our team will contact the customer to confirm details before issuing a replacement. b) For products different from the description: We will arrange for a pick-up from the customer’s registered location and proceed with the replacement as requested.
c) For defective products: A resolution will be provided based on the brand technician’s report. For mobiles, tablets, cameras, accessories, kitchens, and wellness products, the resolution will be based on the brand technician’s report. For desktops and laptops, we will guide the customer and connect them to the brand for online troubleshooting, and the resolution will be provided based on the brand technician’s report.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days once the product is received and verified by us. The applicable refund window may vary depending on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Important Information

a) Personal care products will not be eligible for return/replacement due to hygiene reasons. b) Customers must remove all personal information from digital products before processing the return or replacement. We shall not be liable for any loss, misuse, or usage of such information.
c) Returns will not be processed in cases of buyer’s remorse, including changes of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.
– For large appliances and products eligible for home service, the primary packaging must be opened only by our delivery associate or an authorized installation partner.
– In cases where the product is not eligible for replacement/refund, we will provide repair services as per the brand’s warranty terms.
