Delivery Timeline
We shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on our website, www.sgmovil.com, is delivered within seven (7) working days from the date of booking the order, subject to the successful realization of payment made against the said order and availability of the product(s). However, you understand and confirm that we shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the product due to circumstances beyond our control, provided we take all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within the above-mentioned timelines.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products irrespective of the cart value. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by us and not by the customer.
Multiple Products in One Transaction
If you book an order for multiple products in one transaction, we will endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, the products can be shipped to different addresses within the same pincode chosen individually by you at the time of checkout.
Serviceable Pin Codes
To check if your shipping address is serviced, you can enter the pincode on the product page. Your shipping address pincode will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pincode and check the availability.
Delivery Process
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers such as Croma Supply Chain, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and others.
International Shipping
Currently, www.sgmovil.com does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world, provided the shipping address is within India.
